Our products are insured with UPS or FedEx during shipping. If your products are damaged, you must contacts UPS or FedEx.
All sales are FOB our warehouse.
If you are not happy with our service or products, please contact services@rexim.com or call 617.924.9991 with your concerns. Any claims must be presented by email within 10 days of the original order date.
Any returns are subject to our approval. In addition, if the return is approved by us, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number from us before shipping back any product. Also, any return for unopened packages is subject to 20% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are not refundable. |
